B.Sc Nursing (Mandatory)
Valid Nursing Registration (preferred)
Must have min 2yrs exp in Nursing
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Night Shift
Job Role:
Communicate with US-based patients over calls
Explain prescribed medications clearly and accurately
Provide guidance on dosage, usage, and precautions
Address patient queries and concerns professionally
Ensure proper understanding of treatment plans
Key Responsibilities:
Handle outbound/inbound calls with patients in the US
Maintain accurate records of patient interactions
Coordinate with internal medical teams when required
Ensure compliance with healthcare guidelines and protocols
Deliver high-quality patient support and service
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills (mandatory)
Strong English speaking and listening ability
Good understanding of medications and treatments
Patient handling and counselling skills
Ability to work in night shifts
