Position

• Title: Medical Assistant & Patient Educator

• Employment Type: Full-Time

Locations & Vacancies

• Jayanagar, Bangalore

• Indiranagar, Bangalore

Working Hours

• Shift Type: Split Shift

• Timings: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

• In-Hand Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month

• Allowances: ₹100 per day travel allowance

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Clinical Support & Testing

• Assist doctors efficiently within outpatient department (OPD) clinics.

• Perform IgE Rapid Tests for patients (comprehensive training will be provided).

Patient Education & Communication

• Guide and educate patients on the correct usage of nasal sprays.

• Maintain excellent patient handling to ensure a comfortable clinic experience.

Commercial Collaboration

• Work closely with and support the Cipla sales team to align clinic activities.

🎓 Candidate Requirements

Education (Any of the following qualifications)

• GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery)

• ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery)

• B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing

• M.Sc. Nursing

• Diploma in Nursing

Experience & Skills

• Preferred: 6 months of relevant clinical experience.

• Freshers: Welcome to apply if you possess strong practical nursing knowledge.

• Core Skills: Excellent communication skills and strong patient-handling abilities.
