We are looking for a Nursing Supervisor to join our team at Upasani Super Speciality Hospital Private Limited to provide quality healthcare services to patients. The day-to-day tasks involve monitoring patient conditions, administering treatments, and assisting doctors in medical procedures.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is GNM/BSc.Nursing and 5 - 6+ years of experience. Problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask, compassionate and good communication skills are a must. Rotational Shift is compulsory.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate nursing staff and duty allocation.
Monitor patient care and nursing documentation.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, SOPs and infection control practices.
Coordinate with doctors and other departments.
Monitor staff attendance, discipline and performance.
Ensure proper handover and shift management.
Handle nursing-related complaints and incidents.
Identify training needs and support staff development.
Ensure availability and proper use of nursing equipment and supplies.
