Hiring: Nursing Superintendent

Hospital: NIIMS Multi-Speciality Hospital

We are looking for an experienced Nursing Superintendent to oversee nursing operations and ensure high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage nursing staff across departments

Ensure patient care quality, safety, and infection control

Coordinate with doctors and hospital management

Maintain nursing records and duty rosters

Monitor treatments, documentation, and clinical standards

Requirements:

Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / PB B.Sc. / M.Sc. Nursing

Valid Nursing Council Registration

3-5 years of experience (including supervisory role)
