Nursing staff

We are looking for a Nursing staff to join our team to provide quality healthcare services to patients (Dental care and Cosmetic surgeon). The day-to-day tasks involve monitoring patient conditions, administering treatments, and assisting doctors in medical procedures. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹13,000 - ₹16,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify patients’ care requirements and assess their health conditions.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Maintain patient’s records and reports.

• Educate patients and families on healthcare plans.

• Ensure hygiene, safety, and infection control standards.

• Prepare patients for examination and perform routine diagnosis checks like monitoring pulse, blood pressure, etc.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 6 months - 2 years of experience. Problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask, compassionate and good communication skills are a must. Additional certification in relevant fields is a plus.

Time -11 am to 9 pm

• This role does not have a fixed weekend off.

• Employees may take one weekly off on any day of the week based on mutual adjustment and approval.

• Weekly offs should be coordinated with other team members to ensure smooth clinic operations and adequate staffing at all times.

• Leave requests must be communicated and approved in advance by the reporting manager.

• It is a Full Time నర్సు / సమ్మేళనం job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
