Position

Medical Officer / Occupational Health Medical Staff

Qualification Required

Any one of the following:

MBBS / BAMS / BHMS

GNM / ANM / B.Sc Nursing

Certified Medical / First Aid / Drugs & Emergency Care Holder

Experience in industrial / occupational health will be preferred

Key Responsibilities

Provide immediate medical treatment in case of:

Workplace accidents

Injuries, burns, chemical exposure, or health emergencies

Test and monitor employee health related to company products and working conditions

Conduct regular health check-ups of:

Company employees

Employees’ family members (basic health screening)

Maintain first-aid kits, medicines, and emergency equipment at factories & godowns

Keep medical records and reports of employees

Coordinate with nearby hospitals in serious cases

Ensure safety, health, and life-saving support for all staff

Duty Hours

8 to 10 hours per day

Shift may be rotational depending on factory/godown requirement

Salary

₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Final salary depends on:

Knowledge and skills

Overtime

₹199 per hour (for extra duty)
