Medical Device Service Engineer

Service Engineer Work Flexibility: Field-based Job Description: In this field-based role, you will be responsible for providing maintenance, repairs, and technical support for a range of medical devices and surgical equipment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and performance of equipment that directly impacts patient care. Key Responsibilities Repair, service, and test Stryker’s electronic and mechanical devices to manufacturer and regulatory standards. Deliver preventive maintenance, calibrations, and annual checks on equipment in hospitals and clinical settings. Install systems and complete hardware and software upgrades at customer sites. Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly , ensuring minimal disruption to clinicians. Partner with Customer Service to keep workflows smooth and customer expectations met. Document all service activities accurately for compliance and full traceability. Support internal teams and customers with technical advice and training . Collaborate with colleagues to share technical knowledge and contribute to team goals Travel Percentage: 70% Experience Level Mid Level
