We are looking for Female Assistant to join our team at Sanjan Home, Sanjan ( near Dahanu ) run by Dilkhush Welfare Society to provide quality homecare services to mentally challenged Female Residetnts.The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 12,000 - ₹ 20,000 .All Foods and Furnished Acomodation is provided free to Assistants. There are other Benefits like Annual Bonus and monthly 2 paid leaves.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify patients’ care requirements and helping Residents doing their daily activities . Ensure and help them doing different activities as per their capabilities .
Administer medications as prescribed.
Maintain patient’s records and reports.
Ensure hygiene, safety, and infection control standards.
Change Diapers for some Residents as per requirement .
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 5 years of experience. Problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask, compassionate and good communication skills are a must. Additional certification in relevant fields is a plus.
