Key Responsibilities for nursing staff :

1. Coordinate patient admissions, assessments, and care plans with clinical and nursing teams.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and families regarding service scheduling, feedback, and support.
3. Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and reports as per company policy.
4. Ensure timely deployment of nursing staff, attendants, and caregivers to patient locations.
5. Monitor quality of care and gather regular feedback from patients and families.
6. Liaise with doctors, hospitals, and referral partners for patient onboarding and continuity of care.
7. Assist in training and orientation of new field staff.
8. Support operational efficiency, inventory management, and service compliance.
9. Handle emergency escalations and ensure immediate response through coordination with the clinical team.
10. Promote a compassionate and professional environment for patients and caregivers.

1. Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
2. Help patients with mobility — including transferring, walking support, and positioning to prevent bedsores.
3. Provide assistance in feeding, ensuring dietary guidelines and schedules are followed.
4. Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure (if trained).
5. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the patient’s surroundings, bed, and medical equipment.
6. Support nursing staff or doctors during medical procedures or care routines.
7. Administer oral medications as instructed by the nurse or doctor (if authorized).
8. Accompany patients to hospitals or clinics for appointments when required.
9. Report promptly any changes in the patient’s condition or behavior to the nurse or supervisor.
10. Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and comfort at all times.
11. Follow infection control protocols and safety procedures.
12. Ensure timely documentation of daily care and service records.
13. Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
