Patient Home Health Care Job Responsibilities:

Assisting patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility.

Administering medicines on time as per doctor’s prescription.

Monitoring vital signs (Blood Pressure, Sugar, Pulse, Temperature) and reporting changes.

Providing support in medical needs like dressing, catheter care, IV fluids (if trained).

Helping with physiotherapy exercises and patient’s personal hygiene.

Giving emotional support and companionship to reduce loneliness.

Updating family members and doctors about the patient’s condition.

Responding quickly in case of any emergency.
