Hiring: Experienced Home Care Nursing Staff – Critical Patient Care

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible nursing professional for home care of a critically ill patient requiring tracheostomy care, oxygen support, medication management and regular monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Tracheostomy care, including stoma care, secretion monitoring and suctioning as per prescribed protocol.

• Managing prescribed oxygen therapy and monitoring SpO₂, respiratory rate, pulse and blood pressure.

• Administering prescribed medicines and IV medications/fluids, where authorised and within professional scope.

• Monitoring the patient's condition and promptly reporting any signs of respiratory distress or deterioration.

• Maintaining hygiene, infection control and proper patient positioning.

• Maintaining medication records and communicating regularly with the treating doctor/family.

• Handling home-care medical equipment safely.

Required Qualifications

• GNM / B.Sc. Nursing or a suitably qualified and experienced nursing professional.

• Hands-on experience in tracheostomy care, suctioning, oxygen therapy and IV administration.

• Experience in ICU, respiratory care or critical patient home care preferred.

• Responsible, patient, attentive and available for emergency situations.
