Job Title: Home Health Nurse / Patient Care Worker

Location: Client Homes (India) (Bangalore)

Job Type: Full-Time (24 Hrs.)

About the Role: We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Home Health Workers and Nurses to provide essential care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. If you have a passion for helping others and ensuring their well-being, dignity, and safety, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities: Personal Care: Assist patients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.

• Health Monitoring: Check and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, etc.) and monitor overall health condition.

• Medication Management: Remind patients to take prescribed medications on schedule (and administer them if you hold the proper nursing qualifications).

• Diet & Nutrition: Help prepare basic, healthy meals according to the patient's dietary restrictions and assist with feeding if necessary.

• Companionship & Reporting: Provide emotional support, maintain a safe environment, and provide daily updates to family members and our medical supervisors.

Requirements: Proven experience as a home health aide, patient care worker, or nurse.

• Relevant certifications or degrees (such as ANM, GNM, or a certified caregiving diploma) are highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of basic medical terminology and hygiene standards.

• Patient, empathetic, and excellent at communicating with elderly or recovering individuals.

• Reliable and capable of working independently in a home setting.
