Job Description – Caretaker & Companion

Duty Shifts: 4 Hours / 8 Hours / 12 Hours / 24 Hours

About the Role

We are looking for caring, responsible, and compassionate individuals who can provide basic patient care as well as companionship to elderly people and individuals who need daily assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with daily activities and personal care.

• Provide companionship and emotional support.

• Help with walking, eating, bathing, dressing, and other basic needs.

• Remind customers to take medicines on time.

• Accompany customers to hospitals, doctor appointments, and other outings.

• Assist with hospital visits, errands, and everyday activities.

• Support customers with mobility and wheelchair assistance when required.

• Maintain cleanliness and ensure the customer's comfort and safety.

• Keep family members and the MyDearPa team updated about the customer's condition and requirements.
  

Requirements

• Compassionate, patient, and responsible attitude.

• Good communication skills.

• Ability to handle elderly people and patients with care.

• Previous caregiving experience is preferred, but freshers with a willingness to learn can also apply.

• Basic knowledge of personal care and elderly assistance is an advantage.

• Should be flexible to work in different shifts.

• It is a Full Time నర్సు / సమ్మేళనం job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
