Job Title: Homecare Companion

Job Summary

MyDearPa is seeking compassionate and responsible Homecare Companions to provide non-medical care and companionship support to elderly individuals and patients in a home setting in Whitefield, Bangalore. The role focuses on assisting clients with daily activities while ensuring their comfort, safety, and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients at home

• Assist with daily living activities such as walking, grooming, feeding, and personal hygiene

• Support clients with mobility and ensure a safe living environment

• Accompany clients for hospital visits, medical appointments, or short walks when required

• Provide timely medication reminders as instructed by family members

• Assist with light household support related to client care

• Observe and report any changes in the client’s general condition to family members or coordinators

• Maintain cleanliness and comfort in the client’s immediate surroundings

Eligibility Criteria

• Prior experience in elder care or homecare companionship preferred

• Basic understanding of assisting elderly or dependent individuals

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate, patient, and responsible attitude

• Willingness to work in Whitefield location

• Duty Type: 12 Hours / 24 Hours (as per client requirement)

• Employment Type: Full-time / Contract
