Home Care Nursing

Job Overview:

We are hiring qualified Homecare Nurses to provide patient care at home across various levels including critical care, specialty care, advanced care, and basic care. The role requires compassionate patient handling, clinical competence, and flexibility in shift timings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients at home as per assigned care level

• Monitor patient vitals and maintain health records

• Administer medications and follow treatment plans

• Assist patients with daily activities including hygiene, feeding, and mobility

• Perform diaper care and maintain patient cleanliness (mandatory)

• Coordinate with doctors and family members regarding patient progress

Eligibility Criteria:

• ANM / GNM / B.Sc Nursing qualification (mandatory)

• Valid Nursing Registration Certificate

• Willingness to work in homecare settings

• Must be comfortable with diaper duty and personal patient care

• Ability to join within a maximum of 1 month

Shift Details:

• 12-hour shifts

• 24-hour shifts (includes food and accommodation)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary based on experience and care level

• 24-hour shift compensation includes food + stay + additional 50% of 12-hour shift gross salary

• IPD benefits provided for self and family (if married)

• 7–15 days of structured training provided before deployment
