**Job Title: Home Care Nurse**
**Job Description:**
We/ himalayahomecare/ are hiring compassionate and qualified **Home Care Nurses** to provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring patient health, administering medications, and ensuring high-quality patient care.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide nursing care and support to patients at home.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
* Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and blood sugar levels.
* Assist patients with daily living activities and personal hygiene.
* Maintain accurate patient records and reports.
* Communicate patient progress and concerns to family members and healthcare professionals.
* Respond appropriately to medical emergencies.
**Requirements:**
* ANM, GNM, or B.Sc. Nursing qualification.
* Valid nursing registration/certification.
* Previous nursing experience preferred.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Compassionate, responsible, and patient-focused attitude.
