Job Responsibilities

As a Home Care Nurse, you will visit patients at their homes to provide professional nursing care and healthcare support.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Vitals Monitoring (Blood Pressure, Blood Sugar, Temperature, Pulse, Oxygen Saturation)

• IM Injections

• IV Injections

• IV Fluid Administration

• IV Cannula Insertion & Removal

• Wound Dressing and Wound Care

• Catheter Care

• Foley Catheter Removal

• Ryle's Tube Insertion & Removal

• Tracheostomy Care

• Nebulization

• Colostomy Care

• Colostomy Bag Change

• Urine Bag Emptying

• Diaper Change Assistance

• Enema Administration

• Bladder Wash

• Sitz Bath Assistance

• Walking & Bedside Exercise Assistance

• Elderly Care Support

• Nursing Care Visits

• Home Health Checkups

• Follow-up Patient Care

Requirements

• ANM, GNM or B.Sc Nursing qualification

• Valid Nursing Registration preferred

• Good communication and patient care skills

• Smartphone with internet connection

• Ability to travel within assigned service areas

• Professional attitude and punctuality
