Job Summary:

We are hiring Home Care Staff to provide medical, supportive, and daily living care to patients at home. Staff will work strictly as per assigned role, service scope, SOPs, and professional ethics, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and dignity.

COMMON RESPONSIBILITIES (ALL ROLES):

• Patient ke ghar par professional aur respectful care provide karna

• Patient safety, hygiene aur comfort ensure karna

• Duty timings aur reporting structure follow karna

• Patient aur family ke saath polite aur professional behavior maintain karna

• Patient ki condition mein koi change ho to immediately supervisor ko inform karna

• Patient data aur personal information confidential rakhna

• Company ke through hi duty perform karna

ROLE-WISE RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE:

🔹 A. Nursing Staff (GNM / ANM / B.Sc Nursing):

• Doctor ke instructions ke according nursing care provide karna

• Vital monitoring aur proper documentation maintain karna

• Medication administration, injections, IV fluids (as prescribed)

• Wound dressing, catheter care, tracheostomy care (if applicable)

• Nursing notes, reports aur handovers maintain karna

• Infection control aur clinical SOPs strictly follow karna

🔹 B. GDA (General Duty Assistant):

• Patient ki daily care aur support (mobility, feeding, hygiene)

• Patient ko bathroom, washroom aur movement mein assist karna

• Bed making aur patient surroundings clean rakhna

• Vitals check ONLY agar nurse/supervisor instruct kare

• Emergency mein nurse ya supervisor ko immediately inform karna

🔹 C. Care Attendant / Patient Care Assistant:

• Patient ko daily activities mein support dena

• Personal hygiene aur comfort care assist karna

• Feeding aur positioning support

• Companionship aur emotional support provide karna

• Patient environment clean aur safe rakhna

Eligibility Criteria:

Nursing Staff:

• GNM / ANM / B.Sc Nursing (Valid certificate & registration)

GDA / Care Attendant:

• GDA / Care Attendant certificate preferred

• Fresher ya experienced candidates apply kar sakte hain

Skills Required (All Roles):

• Patient handling aur caring attitude

• Discipline, honesty aur empathy

• Shift based / live in kaam karne ki willingness

• Emergency situations mein calm response
