Job Description – Nursing (Patient Care Staff)

Work Location: T-142, M.I.D.C. Tarapur, Via Boisar

Position: Nursing / Patient Care Staff

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 CTC

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide basic nursing and patient care services at the Occupational Health Center (OHC)

• Monitor and record vital signs of employees

• Administer first aid and basic medical assistance in case of injury or illness

• Assist the OHC doctor during medical check-ups and emergency situations

• Maintain medical records, reports, and documentation as per company SOPs

• Ensure hygiene, safety, and infection control within the OHC

• Coordinate with HR/Admin in case of medical emergencies or referrals

• Maintain medical stock, medicines, and consumables

Eligibility & Requirements:

• ANM / GNM / B.Sc Nursing qualification preferred

• Relevant experience in industrial OHC / hospital / clinic preferred

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle emergencies calmly and professionally

• Willingness to work at an industrial setup
