Position: Homecare Nurse

Qualification Required: GNM / B.Sc Nursing / GNM Diploma Nursing

Registration: Valid INC (Indian Nursing Council) / KNC Registration Certificate is mandatory

Experience Required: Freshers & Experienced

Location: Chennai, Madurai, Bangalore, Mysore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Indore, Delhi, Kolkata, Guwahati & other locations

Salary: Current salary with up to 30% hike based on interview performance and experience

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to patients at their residence as per medical guidelines.

• Monitor vital signs and overall health condition regularly.

• Administer medications and assist with prescribed treatments.

• Maintain accurate patient records and daily care documentation.

• Support patients with daily living activities and personal hygiene.

• Assist with diaper changing and basic bedside care as required.

• Educate patients and caregivers on care plans and healthy practices.

• Coordinate with doctors and healthcare teams to ensure quality care delivery.
