Department: Dental Clinic / Oral Healthcare
Reports To: Lead Dentist / Clinic Manager
Location: Dental Clinic or Hospital Dental Department.
Assist the dentist during dental procedures by handing instruments and managing suction.
Prepare and sterilize instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms.
Take and process dental X-rays as needed (if certified/authorized).
Help make patients comfortable before, during, and after treatment.
Instruct patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care.
Greet and prepare patients for appointments.
Record and update patient medical and dental histories accurately.
Answer basic patient questions and provide reassurance throughout procedures.
Follow strict infection control protocols to maintain a sterile environment.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and clinic procedures
