Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive, responsible, and patient-friendly Camp Dental Assistant to support dental camps organized by Clove Dental at various locations. The candidate will assist dentists during camp activities, coordinate patient registrations, manage basic clinical support, and ensure smooth execution of dental screening camps.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during dental check-ups and screening activities at camps.
- Set up and organize dental camp equipment, instruments, and materials.
- Manage patient registration and maintain patient records.
- Coordinate patient flow and ensure smooth camp operations.
- Educate patients about basic oral hygiene and dental care.
- Explain Clove Dental's services and encourage patients to visit clinics for further treatment, wherever required.
- Coordinate with the clinic and operations team for camp planning and follow-ups.
- Ensure proper hygiene, sterilization, and infection-control protocols.
- Maintain daily camp reports, patient data, and lead records.
- Be willing to travel to different camp locations as per business requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- Dental Assistant certification or relevant experience in a dental clinic will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of dental instruments and clinical procedures.
- Good coordination and patient-handling skills.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and local travel.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
