Job Title: Consultant Dental Assistant

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar clinical role.

• Strong knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization techniques, and chairside procedures.

• High level of attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

• Excellent communication abilities and a patient-centric approach to care.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment and manage multiple tasks.

• Proficiency in dental software and patient management systems is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Dental Instruments & Sterilization: Identify, handle, clean, sterilize, and organize dental instruments in compliance with protocols; monitor and document sterilization processes and equipment maintenance.

• Clinical Assistance: Assist dentists during procedures, ensure patient comfort, and provide effective chairside support.

• Patient Documentation & Care: Maintain accurate patient records, treatment plans, and updates while delivering empathetic patient support.

• Operatory Management: Prepare and maintain a clean, organized operatory; manage supplies and inventory to support uninterrupted clinical operations.
