Labcorp is seeking Data Associate I to join our team at Yeshwantpur in Bengaluru, Karnataka Work Schedule Rotating Shift Essential Job Duties: The statements below describe the general responsibilities and requirements of the position and are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, skills, or work requirements inherent to the role. This position may involve responsibilities across multiple functional departments with duties assigned based on departmental and business needs within the defined scope of the role. Learn to understand and acquire proficiency to interpret study protocols. Supports back entry of toxicology study data and perform basic quality checks into the data acquisition/collection database. Develop knowledge to draft data tables from manually collected data and verify their accuracy. Learn to review data in the acquisition/collection database to ensure compliance with protocol, amendments, and regulatory standards. Supports assay validation workflows and processes. Assist with global digital image data processing, including slide scans and metadata management. Demonstrates good time management skills and learns to plan, prioritize and manage workload and multiple responsibilities. Work effectively with cross‑department and global teams. Participates in cross-functional training programs to develop skills and expand technical expertise to support business operations. May train and instruct less experienced staff in entry level projects. Works under regular supervision. Performs various administrative and other related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Science Preferred Qualifications 6 months experience in Clinical research industry. Master's Degree in Science.
