We are looking for a Clinic Assistant to join our team at Slim Forever. This role involves handling front-desk responsibilities along with basic administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Salary: ₹6,000 – ₹7,350 (In-hand)
Experience: 0 – 4 Years
Qualification: Below 10th and above can apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring proper direction within the premises

• Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally

• Maintain a clean and presentable reception area

• Handle incoming mail, deliveries, and couriers

• Schedule appointments, update calendars, and coordinate meetings

• Perform basic administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and record maintenance

Job Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Good communication skills (written & verbal)

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• Professional and presentable attitude

Shift Timings:

• 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM

• 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM
