Job Role

We are looking for a responsible Store Incharge to manage inventory, material movement, documentation and timely dispatch of materials to project sites.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily material receiving, storage & dispatch.

• Maintain accurate Stock IN/OUT records.

• Update inventory in Excel/Google Sheets.

• Check material quantity and condition before receiving/dispatch.

• Prepare and maintain Bills, Challans & Material Records.

• Coordinate with Purchase, Project & Operations teams for material requirements.

• Ensure timely material availability and dispatch for project sites.

• Maintain records of returned, damaged and shortage materials.

• Manage and track tools, machines and equipment.

• Conduct regular physical stock verification.

• Maintain proper arrangement and identification of store materials.

• Prepare reports for stock shortage, damage, loss and requirements.

• Maintain extinguisher refilling and certificate records.

• Ensure proper documentation of all store activities.

🎓 Requirements

• Graduation – Any Stream

• 6 Months–1 Year experience in Store/Inventory/Warehouse.

• Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge.

• Good record-keeping and coordination skills.

• Fire Safety/Construction industry experience will be an advantage.
