Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, and commission gym and fitness equipment at client locations.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.

• Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown servicing of equipment.

• Attend customer service calls and resolve technical issues within defined timelines.

• Conduct equipment demonstrations and explain operating procedures to customers.

• Prepare service reports, installation reports, and maintenance records.

• Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts, repairs, and technical support.

• Maintain proper records of service visits, customer complaints, and equipment status.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company service procedures.

• Travel to customer locations across India as per business requirements.

• Maintain professional relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma or ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or a related technical field.

• 1–4 years of experience in equipment servicing, installation, or technical maintenance.

• Knowledge of electrical circuits, mechanical components, and troubleshooting techniques.

• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage service assignments efficiently.

• Willingness to travel to different locations across India.

• Basic computer knowledge for preparing reports and maintaining service records.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience servicing gym equipment, fitness machines, treadmills, strength equipment, or commercial fitness products.

• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and customer support processes.

• A valid driving licence, where required for the role.

• Timely resolution of service requests.

• Quality and accuracy of installations.

• Reduction in repeat complaints and equipment downtime.

• Customer satisfaction and service feedback.

• Timely submission of service reports.

• Compliance with preventive maintenance schedules.
