Installation, commissioning, testing and servicing of deburring and polishing machines at customer sites.

Attend machine breakdowns and troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic and basic electrical issues.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of machines.

Identify machine faults and carry out root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Handle machine assembly, alignment, calibration and performance testing.

Provide technical support to customers and resolve service-related complaints.

Train customers/operators regarding machine operation, maintenance and safety procedures.

Coordinate with the Production, Design, Sales and Service teams for technical issues.

Prepare service reports, maintenance reports and customer visit reports.

Identify required spare parts and coordinate for replacement/availability.

Maintain proper documentation of machine installation, service and breakdown activities.

Travel to customer locations as required for installation, servicing and troubleshooting.
