Job Summary:

The Service Engineer is responsible for providing high-quality technical support and

maintenance services to our clients. This role includes installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and

maintaining equipment to ensure optimal performance. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented

professional with excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Installation and Setup:

o Install, configure, and test new equipment at customer sites.

o Ensure proper functioning of equipment post-installation.

2. Maintenance and Repair:

o Perform regular preventative maintenance on equipment.

o Diagnose and repair faults, ensuring minimal downtime.

o Replace or repair defective parts using appropriate tools and techniques.

3. Technical Support:

o Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.

o Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.

o Escalate complex issues to higher-level technical teams when necessary.

4. Customer Training:

o Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.

o Create and update user manuals and other instructional materials.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

o Maintain accurate service records and logs of maintenance and repair work.

o Generate service reports detailing work performed and parts used.

o Communicate effectively with the service team and management about ongoing

issues and resolutions.

6. Quality Assurance:

o Ensure that all service activities comply with company policies and quality

standards.

o Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to provide the best

service.

7. Field Work:

o Travel to customer locations to perform service tasks.

o Manage service tools, equipment, and inventory effectively.

o Hands-on experience with equipment installation, maintenance, and repair.

• Skills:

o Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.

o Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

o Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment.

o Strong communication and customer service skills.

o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

• Frequent travel to customer sites.

• May require weekend and evening work to meet customer needs.

• Exposure to machinery and equipment noise.

Experience:

Pharmaceutical machine: 2 year (Preferred)

For Ex. Vacuum Tray Dryer, Blenders, Agitated Nutsche Filter, Pressure Nutsche Filter , Fluid

Bed dryer, Rapid Mixer Granulator, Ointment Cream Mfg Plant, Reactors , Sparkler Filteretc
