We work with multiple global technology partners and provide industrial 3D printing, scanning and advanced manufacturing solutions to customers across automotive, aerospace, medical, engineering, tooling and manufacturing industries.

About the Role

We are looking for a Service Engineer based in Delhi NCR to handle installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and technical support for industrial machinery.

Experience with 3D printing is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates with hands-on service experience in CNC machines, laser-based systems, industrial automation, robotics, machine tools or other precision industrial equipment are encouraged to apply.

The selected candidate will be trained on various SLA, SLS and DMLS/metal 3D printing technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Installation and commissioning of industrial machines at customer sites

- Preventive and breakdown maintenance

- Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical and electronic issues

- Machine calibration and performance checks

- Diagnosis of machine faults and timely resolution

- Replacement and installation of machine components and spares

- Conduct regular preventive maintenance and prepare service reports

- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers

- Coordinate with OEM technical teams for advanced troubleshooting

- Train customers on basic machine operation and maintenance

- Maintain proper service documentation and machine history

- Travel to customer locations across Delhi NCR and North India

- Support machine demonstrations, trials and installations when required.

Technical Experience

Candidates with experience servicing any of the following types of industrial equipment will be considered:

CNC machines / machining centres

Laser cutting / laser processing machines

Industrial automation equipment

Robotics and motion-control systems

Industrial printing or manufacturing equipment

Machine tools

Precision mechanical equipment

3D printing / additive manufacturing machines

Technical Skills

Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills

Basic electrical and electronics troubleshooting

Ability to understand mechanical drawings and electrical schematics

Knowledge of motors, sensors, drives, controllers and pneumatic systems will be an advantage

Basic computer and networking knowledge

Good understanding of machine maintenance practices

Ability to use basic measuring and diagnostic instruments

Strong problem-solving and analytical ability

Qualification & Experience

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation or related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial machine servicing

Experience in 3D printing is preferred but not compulsory

Candidates from CNC, laser, automation, robotics and industrial machinery service backgrounds are welcome.
