Install, configure, and commission automation systems (PLC, HMI, Drives, Sensors, Control Panels, etc.)
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of systems and equipment.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues at customer sites or via remote support.
Provide training to clients on machine operation, safety procedures, and basic troubleshooting.
Create and maintain detailed service reports and training documentation.
Support customer queries post-installation and provide on-call technical support when required.
Work closely with the sales and technical teams to gather customer feedback and ensure satisfaction.
Travel to customer sites (local and outstation) for installations, service visits, and training programs
