Service engineer

Job Summary:

A Service Engineer is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment or machines. They ensure that systems work properly, handle customer issues, and provide technical support when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and set up machines or equipment at customer or company locations

• Perform regular maintenance and servicing

• Diagnose technical problems and fix faults quickly

• Provide on-site and remote support to customers

• Maintain service records and reports

• Train customers or staff on proper equipment usage

• Coordinate with internal teams for technical support

• Ensure safety and quality standards are followed

• Basic technical and mechanical knowledge

• Ability to work independently and on-site

Qualification:

• Diploma / ITI / Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field preferred)
