Key Responsibilities
Service Support:
Provide timely technical support for all machines under your designated bank branches.
Preventive Maintenance:
Carry out weekly and monthly preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operation and reduce downtime.
Installation:
Install new machines at branch locations as per company and client requirements.
Invoicing:
Prepare and submit monthly rental or consumer invoices to the respective branches.
Payment Collection:
Coordinate with branches to follow up and collect rental payments.
Complaint Handling:
Attend and resolve service complaints promptly when logged by the branches
