Key Responsibilities
Operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production.
Assemble, inspect, and pack products in accordance with company quality standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Maintain accurate production records and effectively manage tool room inventory.
Perform preventive and routine maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and ensure reliable machine performance.
Ensure strict compliance with workplace safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support tool improvements, process optimization, and new mold trials.
Identify, troubleshoot, and report production-related issues while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Support day-to-day production activities and ensure targets are achieved while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, Electrical, Electrical Engineering, Electrician, or a related engineering discipline.
1–5+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing, production, or a related industrial environment.
Experience in automation, controls, switchgear, or electrical panel manufacturing/vendor environments will be preferred.
Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery operation, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Good problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to work on the production floor and perform physically demanding tasks when required.
Willingness to follow SOPs, safety procedures, and quality guidelines at all times.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meet production requirements.
