Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production.

• Assemble, inspect, and pack products in accordance with company quality standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Maintain accurate production records and effectively manage tool room inventory.

• Perform preventive and routine maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and ensure reliable machine performance.

• Ensure strict compliance with workplace safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support tool improvements, process optimization, and new mold trials.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and report production-related issues while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Support day-to-day production activities and ensure targets are achieved while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, Electrical, Electrical Engineering, Electrician, or a related engineering discipline.

• 1–5+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing, production, or a related industrial environment.

• Experience in automation, controls, switchgear, or electrical panel manufacturing/vendor environments will be preferred.

• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery operation, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

• Good problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Ability to work on the production floor and perform physically demanding tasks when required.

• Willingness to follow SOPs, safety procedures, and quality guidelines at all times.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meet production requirements.
