Key Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning, and servicing of analytical instruments at client locations

• Preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and troubleshooting

• Calibration and performance verification of instruments

• Provide technical support and basic training to customers

• Prepare service reports and maintain service documentation

• Coordinate with internal teams for technical support and spare parts

• Ensure timely closure of service calls and maintain customer satisfaction

• Travel within assigned locations for field service activities

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics / Instrumentation / E&TC

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant field experience in analytical instruments (mandatory)

• Exposure to field service and customer-facing roles preferred

Required Skills

• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills

• Good communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to work independently in the field

• Willingness to travel across Baroda / Ahmedabad and nearby areas

Preferred Profile

• Experience in servicing analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, UV, Spectrophotometer, etc.)

• Immediate joiners preferred
