Responsibilities
▪ Install and commission automation systems including PLCs, HMIs, drives,
sensors, and control panels at customer sites.
▪ Provide remote and on-site support to clients for breakdowns, performance
issues, and upgrades.
▪ Conduct routine maintenance and health checks of installed systems.
▪ Maintain detailed service reports, installation records, and issue logs.
▪ Document feedback and recurring issues for continuous improvement.
▪ Work closely with the Projects, R&D, and Software teams for technical support
and issue resolution.
▪ Coordinate with the Stores and Purchase departments for spare parts and tools.
Requirements
▪ Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals.
▪ Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
▪ Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
▪ Diploma or bachelor's degree in electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or
Mechatronics Engineering
