About Us :

We are a fast-growing company in the business of leasing E-bikes to Delivery Partners in

Hyderabad with Lithium batteries. Our batteries are our most valuable assets and require

proper care, timely troubleshooting, and repair to ensure smooth operations for our

customers. We are looking for motivated Service Engineers to join our team and support

our field operations.

Role Overview :

As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and

repairing issues in Lithium batteries. You will be the first point of contact for technical

problems reported by customers, ensuring quick and effective solutions. While no prior

battery-specific knowledge is required, you should have a basic understanding of electrical

circuits and a willingness to undergo training in battery technology.

Key Responsibilities :

• Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose battery-related issues and perform on-site repairs

or replacements as per company procedures.

• Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular health checks and preventive maintenance on

batteries to reduce downtime.

• Customer Support: Coordinate with customers to schedule inspections and provide

technical support in a professional manner.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate service records, issue logs, and spare part usage

reports.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the central service team to escalate complex issues

and follow through until resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Basic knowledge of electrical circuits and wiring.

• Ability to use basic tools and testing equipment such as: Digital/Analog Multimeter,

Clamp Meter, Voltage Tester, Basic Hand Tools (screwdrivers, pliers, wire strippers).

• Familiarity with Windows OS and MS Office for data entry and reporting.

• Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly with customers and team

members.

• Minimum qualification: ITI / Diploma / 12th Pass with Technical Background.

field troubleshooting procedures before deployment. Continuous learning opportunities
