Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and understand their service requirements.

Prepare job cards and explain repair estimates and timelines.

Coordinate with workshop technicians for timely vehicle servicing.

Keep customers informed about repair progress and obtain approvals for additional work.

Deliver vehicles after explaining the work completed and service recommendations.

Handle customer concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.
