The Wheel Service Advisor is responsible for assisting customers with wheel- and tire-related services, providing accurate advice, preparing service estimates, and ensuring a smooth service experience. This role acts as a key link between customers and the service technicians.
Greet customers and understand their wheel, tire, alignment, and balancing needs
Inspect wheels and tires visually and recommend appropriate services or replacements
Explain services, pricing, and timelines clearly to customers
Prepare job cards, service estimates, and invoices
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service completion
Maintain customer records and service history
Promote additional services or products when appropriate (upselling ethically)
Handle customer questions, feedback, and complaints professionally
Ensure safety and quality standards are followed in all wheel services
