Operate plastic injection moulding machines as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Set up machines, moulds, and auxiliary equipment (with support if required).
Ensure production targets are achieved within the specified time.
Perform routine checks on machines and report any abnormalities.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Remove excess material (trimming/finishing) from moulded parts.
Maintain proper documentation of production and rejection data.
Follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE at all times.
Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness at the work area (5S).
Assist in basic troubleshooting of machines and moulding defects.
