Maintenance Technician

At Yashstar Solar Energy Private Limited, we are seeking an individual to join our team in the field of Operations and Maintenance, specifically to handle the maintenance and repair of solar energy plants. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that mechanical systems function correctly and operate smoothly. This position offers an in-hand salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹25,000, along with opportunities for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining the entire plant infrastructure, including modules, transformers, and cabling.

Periodically cleaning the solar modules.

Inspecting and diagnosing issues arising within the modules and transmission systems.

Performing repair work to ensure optimal and smooth operational performance.

Troubleshooting and resolving reported mechanical issues.

Conducting routine maintenance on the plant.

Maintaining records of work performed and reporting any issues encountered.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification required for this role is a Diploma, accompanied by 1 to 5 years of relevant experience. For this position, excellent knowledge regarding solar plants, electrical systems, other related systems, and their components is essential. The ideal candidate should be proficient in reading technical blueprints and skilled in the use of tools such as screwdrivers, hammers, and various measuring instruments.
