🎯 Role Overview:

This is a core manufacturing project role, not an IT/desk job. You will be actively involved on the shop floor, leading fabrication, coordinating teams, and ensuring end-to-end project execution of a carbon fibre furnace production line.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complete project lifecycle – design to commissioning

• Supervise fabrication, installation & testing activities

• Coordinate with engineers, vendors & stakeholders

• Manage project timelines, risks & deliverables

• Handle budgeting, procurement & vendor coordination

• Ensure quality, safety & compliance standards

• Maintain project documentation and reporting

🎓 Requirements:

• BE Mechanical (Mandatory) / Diploma with strong experience

• Minimum 5+ years experience in manufacturing / fabrication

• Hands-on experience in welding, machining, sheet metal, or assembly

• Strong understanding of engineering drawings

• Experience in handling teams and shop floor operations

• Willingness to relocate and work full-time at plant
