Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month

• Performance Incentive: Up to ₹15,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced and skilled Car Evaluators to join our growing team. The role involves visiting customers at their locations, conducting detailed inspections and evaluations of used cars, and preparing accurate assessment reports. This is a field-based position requiring strong technical knowledge of automobiles and the ability to travel extensively.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customer locations to inspect and evaluate used vehicles.

• Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections, including mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic assessments.

• Identify damages, repairs, modifications, and overall vehicle condition.

• Prepare accurate evaluation reports using company tools and processes.

• Test drive vehicles when required.

• Verify vehicle documentation and basic compliance requirements.

• Maintain professional communication with customers during inspections.

• Ensure evaluations are completed within defined quality and turnaround standards.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• ITI in Automobile / Motor Mechanic OR

• Diploma in Automobile Engineering or a related field

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Car Mechanic or Automobile Technician.

• Preferred experience: 3–6 years in the automobile service industry.

Accepted Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in:

• Mahindra First Choice

• Maruti True Value

• Authorized OEM Service Centers

• Automobile Workshops and Multi-Brand Service Centers

Not Eligible

Candidates with experience exclusively in:

• Service Advisor roles

• Commercial Vehicle maintenance and repair

• Automobile manufacturing plants or production facilities

• Rival companies such as:

Mandatory Requirements

• Valid Driving License

• Good driving skills

• Ability to inspect and test drive vehicles independently

• Basic English reading and comprehension skills

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory

• Ownership of a two-wheeler (Bike) preferred

• Comfortable working in a field-based environment

• Strong vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting knowledge

• Understanding of automotive systems and components

• Attention to detail and observation skills

• Ability to prepare accurate inspection reports
