## ✅ Eligibility

- 3–4 years of experience with cars (mechanic, technician, supervisor, repair/servicing)

- OEM workshop experience preferred

- Education: Must be 10th passed

- Valid 4-wheeler driving license (mandatory)

- Must know driving of 2-wheeler & 4-wheeler

- Own conveyance required

## 🛠 Job Responsibilities

- Inspect and evaluate vehicles at customer locations

- Identify issues and estimate repair costs

- Take photos of vehicle parts and upload via app

- Prepare and submit inspection reports on time

- Follow inspection leads assigned by Team Leader

- Ensure accuracy and quality in evaluations

## 🎯 Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of: Chassis, Body panels, Paint, Engine, Clutch, Gearbox, Brakes, Suspension

- Ability to use mobile apps for reporting

-Must be comfortable in travelling in Field at Customer site for Vehicle estimation.

- Plant/Manufacturing experience not accepted

## 💰 Compensation & Benefits

- Travel Allowance: ₹4/km

- Performance Incentive: up to ₹5000/month

- Water/Refreshment Allowance: ₹1000/month

## 🕒 Work Details

- Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

- 6–8 visits per day required

- No Sat–Sun off (1 rotational weekly off in Between Mon-Fri)

- Mandatory documents: Aadhaar, PAN, 10th certificate, 4 wheeler Driving License

Training Details-

-1 Month Paid Training In Company Head Office(Gurgaon).After selection,Candidate should be comfortable travelling to Gurgaon for attending Training be certified Trainers.

-Accomodation/Guest House + Food + Travelling Tickets will be from company side.

-After Training completeion,they will be sent back to their base location.

• It is a Full Time మెకానిక్ job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
