Job Summary of EV Expert:

We are looking for a highly skilled and self-driven EV Expert with 3–6 years of hands-on experience in electric vehicle systems. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently across the full spectrum of EV development—design, integration, testing, troubleshooting, and support. The role demands a proactive individual with deep technical knowledge and practical experience in EV architecture, power electronics, BMS, motor control, and embedded systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop EV powertrain systems, including battery packs, BMS, motor controllers, and charging systems.


Conduct integration of subsystems including electrical, mechanical, and software components.


Perform testing, validation, and performance tuning of EV components.


Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to EV systems in R&D and field conditions.


Prepare and maintain technical documentation, BOMs, schematics, and wiring diagrams.


Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, firmware, software, and testing).


Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.


Drive continuous improvements in design, performance, and efficiency of EV systems.


Take complete ownership of assigned EV projects from concept to deployment.



Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of EV architecture, battery technology, and electric drivetrain systems.



Hands-on experience with BMS, PMSM/BLDC motors, motor controllers, and CAN communication.


Familiarity with EV charging standards (AC/DC, CCS, CHAdeMO, etc.).


Proficiency in power electronics, circuit design, and troubleshooting.


Experience with tools like MATLAB/Simulink, Altium/KiCad, and CAN analyzers.


Understanding of embedded systems and firmware basics.


Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.


Good communication and project management skills.
