After sales service in-charge

We are looking for a After sales service in-charge(ASM) to join our team at Jeeves Consumer Services Private Limited to assemble, maintain and repair whites goods (AC,WM,COOLER,INDUCTION,SPEAKERSLED TV). In this role, you will make sure that The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹45,000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:KRAs – Consumer Large Service Incharge (LED,WashIng Machines, Coolers,Speakers,Inductions,Washers etc)

• Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely and quality service delivery.

• Achieve 100% complaint registration and resolution within defined TAT.

• Supervise and manage field teams for efficient operations.

• Reduce losses through detection of faults, theft, and system issues.

• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety norms, and reporting requirements.

• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth service execution.

• Monitor field performance and ensure productivity targets are met.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 5 - 6+ years of experience. The position requires excellent knowledge of basics of consumer large apliances and other systems and their components. The candidate must be familiar with reading blueprints, and measurement tools or tool kits .
