About the Role:
We are looking for an urgent, energetic, and technically sound Service Manager to manage the workshop operations at our Royal Enfield showroom in Raebareli. You will be responsible for overseeing the mechanics, managing daily job cards, and ensuring top-notch service quality and customer satisfaction for Royal Enfield motorcycle owners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Workshop Management: Oversee the daily workshop floor, assign tasks to mechanics, and manage repair bay efficiency.

• Customer Handling: Greet customers, listen to their vehicle issues, open job cards accurately, and explain service estimates.

• Quality Control: Inspect bikes post-service to ensure all mechanical issues are perfectly resolved before delivery.

• Inventory Coordination: Track spare parts availability and coordinate with the parts department to prevent delays.

• Team Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and guide a team of 3 to 5 technicians and washing boys.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience working in a two-wheeler automobile workshop or dealership service center (Royal Enfield or bullet-segment experience is a major plus).

• Skills: Good understanding of motorcycle mechanics, customer handling skills, and basic computer knowledge for opening job cards.

• Attributes: Local candidate from Raebareli or nearby districts who can join immediately.

• Language: Fluent in Hindi; basic understanding of English text for job cards.

• It is a Full Time మెకానిక్ job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
