· Analyzing the technical complaints of the vehicle in the field/workshop.

· Rectifying defects in vehicles / overhaul aggregates.

· Handling Warranty claims & Approvals.

· Ensure implementation of service process at channel partners.

· Development of secondary channel.

· Feedback on companies as well as competitors’ products.

· Training of service Supervisors, GET & Technicians.

· Work out special service support for strategic customers

(B2B) with channel partners.

· Execution of spare parts order by all channel partners for

sufficient inventory & for meeting spare parts target.

· Guiding channel partners for manpower/facilities/equipment

optimization.

· Ensuring profitability of workshops of channel partners.

· MIS on service.

· Communication skills

· Ability to work under pressure

· Team working skills

· Spare parts inventory management

· Local Mechanic meeting.

Education: ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, Auto-Electrician, or related trades.
Good communication and convincing skills. Basic Computer Knowledge
Basic understanding of EV vehicle service & diagnosis.
Customer-centric approach and willingness to learn.
