🔧 Core Responsibilities

1. Battery & Electrical System Maintenance

• Inspect, test, and maintain batteries

• Check voltage levels, wiring, terminals, and connections

• Diagnose charging issues and replace faulty batteries or chargers

2. Motor & Controller Repair

• Repair or replace electric motors

• Diagnose issues in motor controllers (speed controller units)

• Ensure smooth power delivery from battery to motor

3. Wiring & Circuit Troubleshooting

• Identify short circuits, loose connections, or damaged wires

• Read basic wiring diagrams and repair harnesses

• Install or replace switches, fuses, and relays

4. Charging System Handling

• Test onboard/offboard chargers

• Fix charging ports and connectors

• Ensure safe and proper charging functionality

🚗 Mechanical Work

Even though it’s an electric vehicle, some mechanical tasks are still involved:

• Brake inspection and repair

• Suspension and wheel alignment checks

• Tire replacement and general servicing
