We're looking for a skilled Two Wheeler Electric Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain the electrical systems of two-wheelers (electric motorcycles, scooters, e-bikes). You'll work on electric powertrains, batteries, controllers, and other electrical components.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Diagnose Electrical Issues: Troubleshoot problems with electric motors, batteries, controllers, wiring, and charging systems.
2. Repair/Replace Components: Fix or replace faulty electrical parts like motors, batteries, controllers, sensors, and wiring harnesses.
3. Battery Management: Check battery health, perform charging system tests, and handle battery replacements/upgrades.
4. Electrical System Checks: Inspect and test electrical systems, including lights, indicators, horns, and displays.
5. Software Diagnostics: Use diagnostic tools to check and update electric vehicle software (if applicable).
6. Safety Checks: Ensure electrical systems are safe and meet safety standards.
7. Maintain Records: Log repairs, parts used, and services done for electric two-wheelers.
Requirements:
1. Experience: Experience with electric two-wheelers or similar EV systems (desirable).
2. Technical Skills: Knowledge of electric vehicle (EV) electrical systems, batteries, motors, and controllers.
3. Tools & Equipment: Proficiency with multimeters, oscilloscopes, and EV diagnostic tools.
4. Safety Awareness: Follow safety protocols for handling electrical systems and batteries.
5. Problem-Solving: Good analytical skills to diagnose electrical issues.
